The area is central to urbanizations within the municipality of Rincón de la Victoria. One step away from everything. There is a children's playground in the vicinity "Las Viñas", Mercadona supermarket, pharmacy, house of prepared meals, flower shop and grocery. Easy access by Autovía del Mediterráneo, exit 973 towards Calle Limonero, or Avenida Mediterráneo and Calle Limonero.
The apartment adjoins a school and there is usually a little more traffic at the entrance-exit times (8 and 15 pm), even so it is a quiet neighborhood.
It is distinguished by the coastal area of caves (for walks or bike rides). We recommend La Cueva del Tesoro or Cueva del Higuerón, which is one of the only three known caves of underwater origin in the world and the only one in Europe. In front of the caves, La Caliza Restaurant and bar, with magnificent views. It is possible to walk to the beach 7 minutes, 450 meters approx. and shops. Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets 5 minutes walk. If you have mobility problems, we recommend using the car. The apartment has its own garage. It is possible to park on the street, depending on the availability of space.

To get to Málaga, take Bus 160/163, stop La Aurora-Posada del Mar (Rincón de la Victoria), to Muelle Heredia (Málaga).
